Aaron has a lifelong passion for developing personally and professionally working with the best coaches the industry has to offer he has built a 1-1 personal training business into the gold standard of small group personal training, attention to detail and quality service are obvious upon entering the facility and if you catch him in the gym you’ll quickly realise that his passion is unmatched.

"I started Evolve because I genuinely believed that people were getting short changed by their gym experience. I wanted to create a gym that brought fitness to life, a place that was member centric and service driven. An ambition to scale our impact beyond a singular site."

During covid when gyms began collapsing, he led the way for founders to come together and learn from what he had been implementing throughout his 20s. The goal was to help as many people as possible create life changing results. He began mentoring gym owners and coaches from across the country, Ireland & Spain to reinvent their product and delivery. Raising the bar for what it meant to be a small group personal training gym.

Fast forward and things haven’t slowed down he proudly represents the fitness entrepreneur community and continues to help gym owners and coaches continue to over deliver on their standards for founders all over the world on a global scale.
